Shipping Cost
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of 8.95 dollars per order for deliveries within the United States. The shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Countries We Ship To
We currently ship to customers within the United States only.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 5 PM Pacific Standard Time are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time
Delivery within the United States typically takes 5 to 10 business days after the order has been processed.

Total Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders are delivered within 6 to 13 business days including processing and shipping time.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address when placing an order. If you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address please contact us immediately at info@chuakoo.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
